Base pay range $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary The role involves managing freight flow, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring compliance with Walmart’s policies and standards.

What you’ll do

Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.

Communicate progress and information, determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment, such as single and double pallet jacks, lift pacers; identify, count, separate, combine, and scan freight; utilize warehouse management system, terminal scales, and scanners; maintain records, logs, and forms.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy.

Keep the work area organized and maintain freight flow by stacking empty pallets and moving empty pallets using a pallet jack and/or powered equipment.

Monitor freight to ensure cold‑chain and species compliance.

Operate palletizing machinery with adherence to ethical standards and conduct cold‑chain material handling and order picking using pallet jacks.

Salary Details The hourly wage range for this position is $22.30 - $24.30. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
