Job Description Occupational Therapist | (Full-Time) - $75k-$85k | Outpatient
Metro PT is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! You'll split time between our Groton and Mystic, CT clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care
Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
Fabricate custom splints as needed
Document evaluations and treatment progress
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications
Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
Strong communication and patient education skills
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Sensory integration experience a plus
Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
Bonus points if you have an interest in pelvic health!
