The Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Assures proper control of parts inventory and related administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

Maintain Correct Parts Inventory

Receive shipments and distribute them to the correct departments.

Verify information against invoices, orders, and other records

Check daily stock orders

Unpack and examine incoming shipments and correspond with the shipper to rectify damages and shortages

Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications

Maintain a clear and thorough record of all shipments

Support parts department staff

Requirements:

Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Have a valid driver’s license

Must be willing to submit to a background check
