Simpsonville, South Carolina (Greenville County / Upstate SC area) . This is a full-time,
temp-to-hire
position offering
$21.00/hour starting pay + $3.00/hour increase once hired permanently.

Schedule:
Day Shift | 12-hour rotating schedule | 2 Days On / 2 Days Off | Every other weekend
Night Shift | 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM | 12-hour rotating schedule
Must be open to work either shift as needed
What you’ll do:
Troubleshoot production issues as they arise
Load and unload film and resin materials
Monitor extrusion and slitter machines for quality and efficiency
Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and adjustments
Enter machine settings and adjust during setup or troubleshooting
Occasionally operate a forklift
Maintain production accuracy, safety standards, and a clean work area
What we’re looking for:
Machine operator, extrusion, or slitter experience preferred (not required)
Familiar with machine setup, start-up, troubleshooting, and changeovers
Experience with resin or plastic film machinery is a plus
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Able to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during 12-hour shifts
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow instructions
