This role supervises maintenance staff, manages work orders, oversees budgets, ensures safety compliance, and coordinates emergency response. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years of relevant experience (including 2 years in a supervisory role), and strong knowledge of building systems, procurement, and contract administration. Must be available for emergency coverage and able to obtain required certifications. Benefits:
