Job Summary Zachry Construction Corporation is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support for management within Corporate Accounting. This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including maintaining records, reviewing invoices, preparing reports, and supporting accounting-related systems and programs.
Essential Functions
Manage Outlook calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate both internal and external meetings
Make travel arrangements and prepare related documentation
Perform general administrative duties including mail distribution, copying, ordering office supplies, answering phones, and directing calls
Scan, file, and maintain documents, correspondence, and accounting records
Prepare and assemble reports and assist with special projects as needed
Support uploading of annual budgets into the company’s general ledger system
Assist in administering Concur, the company’s expense reporting system
Assist in the administration of the company’s third‑party office supply vendor
Assist in managing the company’s corporate credit card program
Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum of two years of previous administrative experience
Experience supporting multiple departments or managers preferred
Basic accounting knowledge or experience preferred but not required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention‑to‑detail skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dependable, self‑motivated, and task‑oriented with consistent attendance and reliability
