Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to service and assist with the enrollment and retention of Dual Enrollment students.
Primary Responsibilities
Contacting prospective students (phone and email).
Processing applications.
Collecting applicable admissions documentation.
Collecting and advising on tuition requirements.
Providing thorough customer support and advisement.
Reviewing billing and roster information for partnering school districts.
These duties will be completed with limited supervision and a prompt, disciplined work ethic; customer service is a must for this role.
Qualifications
Willingness to provide excellent customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Dependable and punctual.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to work, learn, and be flexible.
Must be available to work during the Fall and Summer breaks.
Must be available to work shifts on 4 of 5 weekdays each week.
Must be able to work close to maximum hours each week (20 during school times, up to 40 during breaks, including Summer).
Eligibility Requirements
Enrolled at GCU as a full‑time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.

Pay Rate: Minimum Wage
