Job Overview Constructors 911 is hiring a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator & CDL Driver to support our commercial and residential flat roofing operations. This is a critical role involving crane operation, material transport, and equipment logistics. Key Responsibilities
Safely operate cranes to lift and place roofing materials and equipment
Drive and haul trailers to job sites using a valid Class A or B CDL license
Load, transport, and unload roofing materials and construction equipment
Assist roofing crews with equipment logistics and site setup
Maintain and inspect trailers, cranes, and machinery for safe operation
Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols
Understand or learn flat roofing systems and material handling requirements
Qualifications
Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
Crane operating experience required; NCCCO certification highly preferred
Familiarity with flat roofing systems preferred; willingness to train required
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
OSHA 10 certification required (or willingness to complete training independently)
Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently and with a team

Travel primarily within the regional St. Louis area; no overnight travel expected
