We’re hiring a results‑oriented Associate Account Manager who partners with advertisers to solve business problems, nurture relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role works closely with Creative, Senior Sales, Product, and Retail teams to influence strategy and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a qualified partner and leader on Amazon Advertising solutions.
Deliver top‑level sales and customer service to existing advertisers.
Retain and grow revenue from current clients.
Close new deals within a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
Develop annual media strategies aligned with advertiser goals.
Design campaign tactics and audience engagement recommendations.
Evaluate performance metrics and drive continuous campaign improvement using data.
Analyze data to generate actionable short‑ and long‑term advertising strategies.
Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and strategies to increase results.
Collaborate with Senior Sales and internal partners to increase incremental revenue and satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of client‑facing sales or advertising role with revenue ownership.
Experience in omni‑channel marketing, display, OTT, or search marketing.
Strong data analysis skills to present strategic, tactical plans to advertisers.
Ability to solve cross‑functional business and technology problems.
Drive process improvement and simplify existing workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
3–5 years of advertising experience, owning media buying/planning across digital, e‑commerce, and/or linear broadcast/streaming TV.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business; MBA is a plus.
Excellent organization, relationship‑building, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Experience with programmatic strategy and implementation.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and contributing to advertiser growth.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay ranges from $56,000 to $108,800 annually, depending on location and experience.
Eligible for equity, sign‑on bonuses and additional compensation as part of the total package.
