SocialCoach is the social selling and social media management platform built for highly regulated industries. We help mortgage companies, banks, and credit unions scale compliant, on-brand social and video content across large sales teams.
We support
50+ enterprise customers , operate with a
proven enterprise sales motion , and are expanding into larger, strategic mortgage accounts.
Why this role:
This is a true enterprise sales role with ownership of net-new revenue. You’ll run complex, multi-stakeholder deals and help scale our enterprise footprint across the mortgage industry.
What you’ll do:
Own and close enterprise opportunities across mortgage and financial services
Prospect strategically through outbound, events, and referrals
Lead discovery across Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Risk, IT, and Executive teams
Deliver demos tied to compliance, brand control, adoption, and revenue impact
Navigate enterprise procurement, security reviews, legal, and vendor management
Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene
Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Leadership for strong handoffs and expansion
Represent SocialCoach at industry conferences and executive meetings
You’re a fit if you have:
3 to 7+ years of SaaS sales experience (enterprise or upper mid-market)
Experience selling into regulated industries such as mortgage, banking, or financial services
Proven ability to prospect, create urgency, and close complex deals
Comfort with long sales cycles and multi-threaded buying committees
Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence
Experience navigating procurement, legal, and compliance reviews
Strong preference for candidates with experience selling into marketing teams within the mortgage industry, including platforms or services related to MarTech, social, video, CRM, or demand generation.
