Store Associate Year‑Round (Alexandria, VA) – Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable teammate to join our Honey Baked Ham store year‑round. As a store associate, you’ll help customers find the best ham, turkey, and other products while keeping the store clean, safe, and well‑stocked. All shift times are scheduled Monday‑Saturday 9:30 AM‑6:30 PM, and we’re closed on Sundays.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to phone, catering, lunch, and retail guests in a friendly and polite manner.
Assist with food preparation for lunch, catering, ham, and turkey.
Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest add‑on sales to customers.
Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
Take initiative, remain productive throughout the shift, and take responsibility for activities within your control.
Follow all processes, procedures, and company standards and comply with safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.
Qualifications
Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Prior experience in customer service, food preparation, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate is preferred.
Experience in restaurant, retail, grocery, or hotel environments is a plus.
