Salary:
$51,122 (salary reflects may not include time of service pay).

Responsibilities
Review and analyze public and board complaints and referrals from agencies for compliance with state, federal law, and national standards.
Conduct complaint investigations and prepare investigative reports.
Conduct routine examinations for education compliance.
Collect, analyze and evaluate evidence for use in legal actions and prepare detailed reports of findings.
Coordinate and monitor compliance program and provide case management for individual/entity compliance matters.
Provide oversight and management of compliance activities and necessary reporting.
Testify in court and hearings concerning findings of compliance examinations and complaint investigations.
Coordinate communication with legal counsel and management regarding complaint and compliance matters.
Communicate with other state and federal regulatory entities.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited four‑year college or university with specialization in finance, accounting, auditing, risk management, business management or closely related areas, including a preferred minimum of six‑semester hours in accounting.
Up to one year of professional experience in accounting, finance, auditing or insurance (experience may substitute on a year‑for‑year basis for the required education).
Knowledge of computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
