Skilled Trades Specialists is looking for Assemblers for a local Fabrication Shop. This is a great long term employment opportunity.
This job requires construction experience. Those with construction experience are encouraged to apply.
Double-Time on Sundays if you work 7 consecutive days!
Responsibilities
Assemble parts and components according to blueprints and specifications
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Operate forklift to move materials and finished products within the warehouse
Experience
Previous experience in mechanical assembly or construction is preferred
Knowledge of mechanical principles and ability to read blueprints
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
Must Haves
Must have ability to read tape measure, level, and square proficiently
Must be a self-starter
Must have reasonable analytical skills
