Your role As an Account Executive, Mid‑Market, you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Sales leadership and Sales Engineers to develop a medium‑sized business prospect into an active Dialpad client. You’ll help businesses solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world. Dialpad’s Mid‑Market sales team plays an essential role in achieving corporate business objectives, collaborating closely with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, Sales leadership, and their peers to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the full sales process. This position is based in Austin, TX, and reports to a Mid‑Market Regional Vice President.

What You’ll Do

Own the entire sales process, including converting leads into a workable pipeline.

Build strategic prospecting campaigns and sequencing to source your own opportunities.

Manage and close complex transactions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Own your key deal reviews, forecasts, and professional career roadmap.

Skills You’ll Bring

3-5 years of sales experience in an ever‑changing environment.

Experience in managing and closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders.

Preferred expertise in SaaS (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS).
