About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our Odessa, TX branch. This role will focus on growing small-to-mid-sized customer accounts and bringing in new business across the Permian Basin.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector

Grow assigned accounts by providing value-added solutions

Build relationships with key decision-makers and plant personnel

Stay informed on product applications and technical developments

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities

Collaborate with inside sales and engineering support teams

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance KPIs

Preferred Technical Experience (Not Required, But a Plus)

ABB Variable Speed Drives (VFDs) or other VSDs

Electric Motors (Low and Medium Voltage)

PLCs / Automation and Controls

Low Voltage Electrification and Distribution

Medium Voltage Equipment & Applications

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial outside sales experience required

Strong knowledge of Electrical or E&I applications preferred

Proven ability to work independently, manage time, and close deals

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

4-year degree preferred, but not required
