Key Duties
Perform flux core welds and fitting work on carbon structural steel
Execute 2G welds as required
Measure and interpret dimensions accurately to 1/16"
Safely move and handle materials up to 50 lbs
Required Experience & Abilities
1–2 years of hands‑on experience in structural steel welding or fitting
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Proficient with standard hand tools and fabrication equipment
Compensation
$20–$27/hr
, based on weld test results and experience
10–20 hours of overtime weekly

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, SC.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
