full-time Window Cleaning Technician

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A WINDOW CLEANING TECHNICIAN You start your day gearing up with the tools and supplies you need, then head out to your first job site with a teammate or two. Whether you're high up on a ladder washing windows, clearing out gutter debris, or power washing grime off driveways and siding, you stay focused, safe, and efficient. Every home or business you finish leaves you with a sense of pride, knowing you made a visible difference. You chat with customers, check in with your team, and get satisfaction from watching the day's dirt wash away, knowing tomorrow brings a new set of challenges and victories.
WHAT YOUR SCHEDULE CONSISTS OF Our team works Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, offering you dependable hours and your evenings and weekends mostly free – plus, the occasional opportunity for extra hours when needed.
WHAT'S NEEDED?
Valid driver's license
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Window washing, gutter cleaning, or power washing experience would be beneficial for this entry‑level position, but isn't required. Comfort with heights and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions would also be preferred.
