We’re expanding our outside sales team from 12 to 15 reps and are looking for driven professionals who want more than just a job. You don’t need pest control experience. What matters is follow‑through, hunger, and the ability to handle your day without being told what to do. If you’ve sold anything before — especially to small businesses — you’ll be off to a fast start. If not, we’ll train you to get there.
Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities & Benefits
Build your pipeline by identifying and signing new commercial clients
Generate your own leads and set your own appointments
Follow up, follow through, and close

$120K+ on‑target earnings (W2)
Sole territory (Long Branch, Camden, Woodbury areas available)
Health insurance reimbursement
