Minimum 3 years of on-the-job avionics experience, including significant knowledge with installation experience.·
Proficient in reading and following electrical schematics.·
Skilled in the use of Avionics tooling: Multimeter, Megger, Milliohm meter, etc.·
Excellent soldering, wire crimping, connector assembly, and wire harness construction skills.·
Strong attention to detail with commitment to safety and quality.·
Strong people skills to create great customer relationships.·
Must live locally or be willing to relocate.**Preferred Qualifications:**·
Avionics associate’s degree or equivalent.·
Garmin Factory Training·
Airframe or A&P certification·
Prior experience with multiple avionics brands, including Garmin, Avidyne, S-TEC, JPI, and Aspen Avionics.·
Experience working in a fast-paced avionics team environment
