As a member of our service technician team, you'll be responsible for developing, assisting, and maintaining the design of temperature control systems and related products for award-winning HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Your role will include project planning, scheduling, start‑up, checkout, turnover, training, and maintaining project documentation. Our mission is to improve lives through empowerment. We focus on empowering our customers to become self‑sustaining through extensive training and unique, passionate partnerships. Pay Range: $30 - $50 /hour Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair customer HVAC controls through spot service Perform TSA agreements according to Setpoint standards and procedures Participate in periodic 24/7 emergency on‑call service and warranty calls Develop and maintain customer relationships Assist with device requisitions and manpower scheduling Identify opportunities to sell new Technical Support Agreements Promote upgrades to current systems Occasional out‑of‑state travel to service customer sites Desired Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent from two‑year college or technical training; and/or: 5+ years of HVAC experience and/or training Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Proven success in contributing to a team‑oriented environment Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and oral) Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, self‑governing, detail‑oriented, and versatile position Passion for problem‑solving and creative thinking Desired Candidate Characteristics
