Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Shift: A Shift
Hours: Monday - Friday: 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM
Location: Solon, Ohio
Daily and weekend overtime may be required
Requirements & Tasks
High School diploma or GED
Preferred Bachelor’s degree with focus in Electrical or Controls Engineering
5-10 years’ experience preferred as CNC Maintenance Technician
Knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, seals and electric motors and controls
Preferred knowledge SAP‑PM and Step 7
Knowledge and ability of rigging equipment and components
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to read blueprints and follow schematics
Ability to read and understand operating procedures
Flexibility and adaptability
Problem solving skills
High level of interpersonal and communication skills, able to participate on project team and interface effectively
Productivity orientation
Industrial automation/automatic control knowledge
Manufacturing equipment knowledge
Familiarity with NC controls and servo circuits
Experience in a CNC machining environment
Manufacturing safety knowledge
Mechanical assembly knowledge
Robotics/Computer Controlled Machinery knowledge
Preferred knowledge in Siemens, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Seiko, Hitachi, Haas, HEIDENHAIN, Mazatrol
Preferred ability to properly use oscilloscope
Knowledge of Ethernet communications, TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP
Troubleshooting technical problems
