What You Will Do
Precision TIG (GTAW) welding of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel, and cobalt alloys, between 0.020” and 0.064” thick
Fit, assemble, and weld complex components using fixtures, tools, and weld positioner
Read and interpret sketches, routings, process control sheets, and weld symbols
Visually inspect all weldments; identify potential indications; and repair and report defects per our advanced quality system requirements
Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products that you’re proud to put your name on
What Experience You Need
High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of 2 years of TIG welding experience
Demonstrated ability to weld on welding qualification materials during the interview process
Solid understanding of weld symbols and fabrication fundamentals
Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset
