Requirements for Applicants Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship and must reside within commuting distance of our Grafton, WI location. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
Job Function Performs hands‑on assembly and testing of new scales, repairs scales sent from customers, and provides customer support.
Essential Functions
Assemble and test scales to be shipped to customers.
Load and unload pallets, ship orders to customers.
Enter data into ERP system using hand and power tools to repair scales.
Assist sales and engineering personnel during customer demonstrations.
Answer phone calls, troubleshoot customer problems, complete Return Authorization forms, maintain repair database.
Repair damaged scales sent back from customers.
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and follow instructions.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and use standard hand tools.
Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Flexible, independent, and team oriented. Willingness to learn from constructive feedback.
Physical Demands Regular standing, walking, reaching, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must lift 50 lb and use hand tools; climb ladders, height tolerance required.
