Job Overview Holiday Mechanical AC Services LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Sheetmetal/Fiberglass Field Foreman to oversee on‑site HVAC installation projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for directing crews, maintaining project schedules, coordinating trades, and ensuring top‑quality work that meets mechanical codes. If you’re a confident foreman ready to manage jobs with autonomy and precision, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HVAC field projects from mobilization through completion.
Order materials and equipment, and interpret submittals and plans.
Perform layout and installation for sheet metal and duct board systems.
Install RTUs, AHUs, gravity vents, fans, hoods, louvers, and roof curbs.
Ensure all work complies with current mechanical and fire codes.
Coordinate with other trades and participate in subcontractor meetings.
Hold crew accountable to quality standards, safety, and timelines.
Monitor job budgets and critical paths in collaboration with Project Manager.
Support and mentor field crew to develop top‑tier tradespeople.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of HVAC sheet metal/duct board experience.
Proven ability to lead and manage field crews.
Strong knowledge of mechanical codes and HVAC components.
Skilled in reading plans, taking measurements, and cutting layouts.
Must be comfortable participating in jobsite meetings and trade coordination.
Proficient in interpreting submittals and managing on‑site materials.
High school diploma or GED required.
Required Certifications: OSHA 30, Forklift & Material Lift Certification, Crane Signal Certification (preferred).
