Job Title: Leasing Agent – Harmon Hills

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay Scale: $19.00‑$24.00 per hour, plus commission and bonus potential based on experience and performance.
Position Overview As a Leasing Agent, you are the face of our community. You are the first point of contact for future residents and the key to creating a vibrant, welcoming environment. Your main goal is to showcase the features and benefits of our community, convert prospects into happy residents, and help us achieve high occupancy. A clear path for growth is available from entry‑level agents to team leaders, with training and support at every step.
Key Responsibilities
Guide prospective residents through the leasing process—from greeting and property tour to application and lease signing—to close deals.
Deliver exceptional service to current residents, manage maintenance requests, and support lease renewals to foster a positive community.
Execute marketing strategies, including maintaining online ads, conducting market research, and participating in outreach events.
Maintain accurate resident and prospect records, process payments, and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws.
Qualifications
Positive, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance with a strong desire to succeed in a sales‑oriented role.
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience & Performance Levels
Entry‑Level (Leasing Agent I): No prior leasing experience required; background in customer service, retail, or hospitality acceptable. Training provided. Goal: 5 new leases per month.
Experienced (Leasing Agent II): 1‑2 years of leasing experience. Goal: 10 new leases per month.
Senior & Lead Agents (Levels III‑IV): 2‑4+ years of high‑performing experience. Goal: 15‑20+ new leases per month and mentoring of junior agents.
