We are seeking an experienced, motivated Leasing Agent to join our on‑site leasing team. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual (English/Spanish), customer‑focused, and has a proven track record in apartment leasing, renewals, and resident relations.
Key Responsibilities
Lease apartments and meet or exceed occupancy and leasing goals
Conduct property tours and follow up with prospects
Process rental applications and lease documents
Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Minimum 3+ years of leasing experience (multifamily)
Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience with property management software
