Responsibilities
Collections account management
Customer service
Assist with credit origination
Hours
5‑day work week
No Sundays
Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
One weekend off a month
Store hours: M‑F 9‑7, Sat 9‑4
40‑45 hours per week
Overtime pay for hours over 40 each week
Requirements
Collections, retention, or customer service experience
Able to work on‑site
Able to pass a background check
Able to work the listed hours
Good computer/keyboard skills
Good negotiation & problem‑solving skills
