RECEPTIONIST, Part Time-Seneca Hill Manor
Shift: 8a-8p, Every other weekend w/ rotating holidays Responsible for greeting guests and visitors and directing them accordingly. Must be able to answer a multi‑line telephone, transfer calls and or take messages as directed. Responsible for taking staff and visitor meal orders, receiving payments and balancing petty cash. Will also be responsible for maintaining a resident census document and distributing resident change in status alerts. Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Manager. High School Diploma or GED required. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point experience required. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, typing, filing, data entry, copying & assisting with various projects. Must be flexible with the ability to cover days/evenings/weekends and/holidays as needed. Pay Range: $16.07-$19.28 Employee salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
