Deutsche Aircraft has appointed Alexander Tesch as Vice President Customer Support & Service, effective immediately. With more than two decades of international experience across the aerospace, maritime, energy, and logistics sectors, Tesch brings a strong record of achievement in customer service excellence, aftermarket strategy, and global support operations.
In this role, he will lead Deutsche Aircraft’s worldwide customer support and service organisation, focusing on enhancing the customer experience across both legacy and future platforms. His responsibilities include:
Leading the global customer support and service function
Ensuring existing D328 operators receive best‑in‑class support
Preparing the organisation for the successful entry into service of the D328eco®
Driving continuous improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction metrics
