Central Epoxy Flooring
Responsibilities
Preparing the work area, ensuring proper surface preparation and levelling.
Grinding concrete, jack hammering, vacuuming, filing and repairing holes, cracks and joints.
Mixing materials, scrapping, squeeging, rolling the floor and brushing the radius.
Installing and applying epoxy flooring materials with precision and efficiency.
Operating machinery.
Move heavy equipment used at the jobsite (must be able to lift 50 plus pounds).
Removing existing floors (possible shot blasting if needed).
Ensuring a high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in every installation.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client concerns.
Requirements
Some knowledge of floor preparation, levelling, and installation techniques is a plus.
Ability to interpret and follow installation plans and specifications.
Excellent problem‑solving skills to tackle any challenges that may arise.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Communication skills – Ability to collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
Following safety guidelines to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
