Overview The coordinator assists in the programming, production, development, and distribution for CBS Media Ventures syndication business. They provide administrative support, facilitate communication between teams, CMV shows, and production companies, and assist in on‑air programming.

Role And Responsibilities

The coordinator supports the EVP, SVP, and VP of CMV domestic syndication including administrative duties

Coordinate key meetings with various internal departments, stations, CMV shows, and external businesses

Create power point presentations – Canva skills a plus

Make set visits as needed to support production

Screen shows, take detailed notes to support marketing, PR, and programming needs

Assist with production management needs

Collaborate with development team on strategic creative ideas that deliver for the brands

Participate in talent tests, pilots, and development productions

Basic Qualifications

1–2 years production or media experience – working knowledge of studio production and post‑production preferred

Additional Qualifications

Thinks creatively & strategically

Highly driven & motivated with excellent follow‑up

Detail‑oriented and great organizational habits

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Professional demeanor and knows how to work cross‑functionally

Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to travel within the tri‑state area as needed

Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 – 65,000.00 (applicable to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state and most other geographies). Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program, PTO, and additional benefits as dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
