Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end SKU/PN catalog enablement for NA, driving creation, configuration, and publication of new and changed parts across Lenovo’s selling systems and ensuring attributes, compliance flags, and route‑to‑market readiness for U.S. and Canada.
Administer price strategy guardrails, coordinating list/street price updates, mass changes, and CPM automation; ensuring NA price visibility by partner type and channel is consistent with catalog controls.
Enable launch readiness through the Concord/Enablement framework, planning and executing enablement for offerings/capabilities and providing clear RTM, business model, and operational handoffs.
Localize market fit for U.S./Canada, ensuring attributes, price files, regulatory flags, warranty SKUs, and channel eligibility reflect NA policy and country specifics.
Define and uphold data quality publishing SLAs, establishing proactive monitoring and defect triage across NA catalogs.
Run regular forums with Offering Managers, Pricing, Sales Ops, Channel, and IT to align on incoming changes, resolve blockers, and communicate readiness to field/partners.
Maintain price visibility and catalog terminology consistency across LPH/LBPE to meet legal and partner‑type expectations.
Build dashboards for enablement SLA, publishing defects, pricing exception rate, margin adherence, and launch cycle time; recommend continuous improvements based on trend data.
Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years in Product Operations/Enablement, Catalog, Pricing, or PLM within PC and/or Server businesses, with strong grasp of SKU, BOM structures, and lifecycle management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance.
Preferred Qualifications
Practical knowledge of costed BOM, cost adders, list vs. street price, margin/GTN guardrails, and price automation (CPM).
Proficiency with Excel/PowerQuery; experience with ERP (SAP/ECC) and CRM (Salesforce) a plus.
Proven track record delivering complex enablement across multiple teams, with strong project management, change control, and stakeholder communication.
