Responsibilities
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Perform staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, maintain a perfect image, adhere to standards, provide great customer service, and uphold attendance and punctuality.
Ensure transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Qualifications
Strong judgment and problem‑solving skills.
Basic math ability.
Capacity to multitask and manage a team.
