Compensation is $27.75–$38.75 per hour. After completing the Operations Manager Development Program, the role becomes salaried.
Responsibilities
Model company culture, values, and operational standards based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework.
Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach and retain high‑fit team members.
Investigate and resolve staff and patient issues through logical, creative solutions.
Execute the PDS Operational Model in partnership with the Owner Dentist to meet office imperatives.
Drive year‑over‑year revenue and profit growth and manage expenses to meet monthly goals.
Adhere to cash management and accounting protocols.
Champion the Perfect Patient Experience and lead team development initiatives.
Communicate confidently and candidly with direct supervisors to build trust and address concerns early.
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor in line with company policies.
Plaintively manage people functions (hiring, performance, compensation guidance).
Ensure compliance with company, state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
Report weekly to the Regional Manager on accomplishments, improvement areas, and system effectiveness.
By the end of the program, demonstrate competency in managing Front Office and Back Office teams.
Develop and implement an office success plan covering staff development and operational protocols during absences.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Five or more years of operational management experience.
Valid driver’s license with proof of automobile insurance; or reliable alternative transportation for frequent travel between multiple offices.
Ready to travel to multiple offices per day, often several times per day.
Traveler may be scheduled or unscheduled and is subject to change without notice.
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
Five or more years of experience leading a team, mentoring and coaching subordinates.
