Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training (BCBA Intern) to join our Rising Stars program. This graduate program provides a structured, supportive path to becoming a BCBA.
What We Offer
Pay:
$24-30 per hour, based on experience and supervision hours completed.
Potential wage increases every six months.
Guaranteed path to a BCBA salary upon successful completion of the exam.
Bonuses based on accrued hours, up to $1,500 per year.
Guaranteed hours: 32-40 per week regardless of patient cancellations.

$5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for first‑attempt exam pass.

What You Will Be Doing
Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hrs).
All restricted hours completed.
Provide early‑intervention therapy in a center‑based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to embody ABC’s core values.
Allocate 8 hours per week to work on BDS modules.
Sit for the BACB exam within six months of joining.
