Position Overview The main function of the Project Manager is to oversee all NDE/Civil operations for the local area, including but not limited to customer scheduling, resource management, adherence to company quality and safety requirements, and project execution. The role is responsible for operational excellence and for exceeding customer expectations to establish and grow our NDE/Civil capabilities and presence in the area.

Main Duties Include

Determine operational NDE/Civil requirements including resources and skillsets needed, training required, and timeline per customer requests; interface with customers daily to ensure schedule is up to date and customer needs are being met.

Be the point of contact for customers on NDE/Civil scheduling and technical expertise; interface daily to ensure we are prepared for all upcoming work requirements and answer NDE/Civil technical questions.

Understand customer and company specifications thoroughly for NDE/Civil procedures and ensure we are adhering to those standards through employee training, auditing, and reporting review.

Track field crew reporting submissions, review reports for errors, and ensure we are meeting client timelines, including 24‑hour submission requirements.

Update client billing tracker daily with actual work performed, cost codes, and other requirements to ensure pre‑approvals for billing are complete and forecasting is done accurately and timely.

Pay Range: USD $50-60/hr. Pay range for this job level is a general guideline only for states that enforce pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, certifications, internal equity, market data, applicable bargaining agreement, or other law.

Education And Work Experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

3+ years of general industry experience in QA/QC.

3+ years of supervisory experience.

Bechtel experience preferred.

Must be able to maintain company certification standards.

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Certificates And Licenses Required

Certification as an Inspector required in most cases (or equivalent approved by client). Extensive practical experience required.

NICET Level IV certification in materials testing preferred.

Must have the ability to meet the following company certification standards: ACI Field Testing Technician – Concrete; ACI Strength Testing Technician; ACI Laboratory; Nuclear Densometer Training.

Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program.
