Category Analyst (CPG)
Acosta Group – Cincinnati, Ohio (within a two-hour drive of Cincinnati, OH). Monthly in-person meetings at the Cincinnati office. Remote or travel expected.
Base Pay Range $52,200.00 – $65,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities
Provide analytical support for category management projects utilizing CPG data sources and tools.
Quality control of data sources and deliverables, engaging with BI associates and data vendors.
Build, update, and refresh weekly and monthly dashboards.
Participate in development of sales presentations incorporating syndicated data that addresses business issues.
Work closely with business managers to ensure quality results are delivered.
Keep abreast of client KPIs, strategies, innovation, and other important information.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Up to one year of related work experience.
Intermediate proficiency in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI and advanced macros a strong asset.
Experience with syndicated data and/or space management tools is an asset.
Demonstrated drive for results, pursuing assigned tasks with energy and desire to achieve.
Able to understand and apply basic math and CPG principles.
Effectively communicate and interact with others and work effectively within a team.
