Customer Service Specialist – West Jordan, UT
Location: West Jordan, UT (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am‑4:00 pm (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position As a Customer Service Specialist at West Shore Home you will ensure that each interaction with our customers exceeds expectations. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the Regional Operations Department.
Key Role Accountabilities
Handle both inbound and outbound calls daily, establishing long‑term relationships with our customer base.
Respond to customer requests (phone, e‑mail, website, and internal company staff) for support regarding previously installed products.
Report customer escalations and emergencies directly to the General Manager and Customer Service Manager.
Order necessary parts through manufacturers and schedule service visits when needed.
Keep customers aware of any service‑related schedule changes.
Must‑Have Requirements

A proven track record of success in customer service that exceeds expectations.
