Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in Poway, CA. The Front Office Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing communications, scheduling meetings, assisting with record keeping, and maintaining office supplies. Additionally, the role involves welcoming visitors, answering phones, and ensuring a professional and organized office environment. Potential to become a full-time role.
Qualifications
Administrative skills, including scheduling, record keeping, and data entry
Strong communication skills for managing correspondence and providing professional customer service
Organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining office supplies and handling multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency with office software and basic computer operations
Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site, office environment
Prior experience in a front office for construction administrative role is a plus
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
Excel and Word proficiency is a plus
