This supervisory role will be a working supervisor of our intake coordinator staff and services. It includes supervising staff working with youth, families, and adults and developing effective treatment plans for individuals and families with emotional and behavioral health needs. The supervisor will play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality care to clients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.
Position Functions
Provide Assessment Clinician supervision and community mental health services to individuals served. Population of focus is individuals with mental illness in the community.
Supervise and provide psychosocial assessments to individuals seeking behavioral health services.
Provide expert psychosocial assessment, brief targeted intervention, and individual therapy for social, emotional and environmental issues that impact client/family ability to optimally benefit from care.
Provide education and consultation to patients and their families.
Interview, train, evaluate, and discipline staff in accordance with personnel policies and procedures under the direction of the Manager.
Provide supervision and guidance to assigned staff ensuring delivery of the indicated services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Communicate on a regular basis with other program staff to assure consistency in training, treatment, and facilitation of the treatment plan.

Salary: $62,071 - $72,468

Qualifications
Consistent with requirements for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), master's degree in related field, and minimum of five years supervised experience in mental health/human services.
Supervisory Experience preferred.
Reliable transportation required.
