This particular location is a semi-private training studio focused on strength training, yoga, and results-driven programs. We cap classes at six people to maintain quality, safety, and real coaching—much more exclusive when compared to high-volume group fitness concepts.
Role Description This is a part-time, partially remote role located in Sugar Land, TX, for an Operations Manager. There is an opportunity to grow into the full-time role as business hours expand. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, coordinating with teams, implementing strategies to optimize workflows, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. This role also involves analyzing performance metrics and developing improvements for operational excellence.
Qualifications
Experience in operations management, organizational planning, and team coordination
Strong skills in leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and project management
Proficiency in data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
Adaptability and capability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Experience in the manufacturing, logistics, or service industries is preferred but not required
