The Role As Ad Ops Manager, you will manage day‑to‑day implementation and administration of digital advertising campaigns, providing ad trafficking, technical support, and coordination with media buying, publishers, and AdTech vendors. You will report directly to the Director.
Responsibilities
Process ad trafficking requests accurately and efficiently, including:
QA of trafficking sheets (issue identification and remediation)
Upload and assign creative files into the ad server per the trafficking sheet
Implementation of additional ad tracking code (e.g., verification, viewability, research studies)
QA and generate ad tags for distribution to publishers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery and performance
Analyze and distribute campaign performance and discrepancy reports
Stay informed about changes in the digital advertising space and maintain functional knowledge of core ad technologies (DoubleClick, Innovid, IAS, etc.)
Administer login requests and permission settings within ad technology platforms
Lead new and junior team members through trainings and onboardings
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure quality‑assurance standards are met
Maintain trafficking best practices across the portfolio
Maintain communication and oversight of remote teams assisting with campaign trafficking and QA
Qualifications
4+ years of technical experience in digital advertising technologies (display and mobile ad servers, rich and video ad servers, ad viewability & fraud, behavioral targeting compliance, tag management, dynamic creative)
People‑management or mentoring experience preferred
Methodical approach to work with excellent problem‑solving abilities
Excellent project‑management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, key formulas), Word, and PowerPoint
Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences internally and externally
Experience in an agency environment preferred but not required
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and troubleshooting online technical issues
Hands‑on experience with AI preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Range:
$50,000—$95,000 USD (inclusive of base salary and performance incentives)

Work Arrangement:
