KBR is currently recruiting for a Logistics Analyst – Journeyman to join our team. This position supports tasking in PMA-201 Precision Strike Weapons Program office, NAVAIR Head Quarters in Patuxent River, MD. The successful candidate will support the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) weapon cases, including maintenance, sustainment, training and storage support, and assist the government with the development and management of logistics documentation that may require coordination with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Must be able to operate in a dynamic and fast‑paced team environment. Roles and Responsibilities
Support programs with analyzing, coordinating, and providing recommendations, and implementing international program logistics requirements for integrated product support (IPS) elements during an international program’s life cycle, including business development, case development, case implementation, and follow‑on support. Provide technical support and material assessment. Track the implementation of required corrective actions and milestone accomplishments and evaluate progress on a continuing basis to determine problem areas and recommend solutions. Participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs), ILS reviews, meetings, conferences, and training events (CONUS/OCONUS, in‑person and virtual) to perform ILS analysis for FMS cases. Prepare briefing materials, meeting minutes, and provide administrative support; identify ILS issues and recommend solutions. Assess Government‑provided spares support lists; recommend adjustments to spares range and depth for customer operations. Analyze NAVAIR and NAVSUP WSS spares projections; provide recommendations to ensure operational coverage for customer countries. Evaluate customer Repair of Repairables (ROR) requirements; develop tailored ROR management plans. Monitor retrograde item returns using Government reports; track repairable status, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions; provide reports as required. Review and analyze foreign technical data; recommend improvements for system performance and readiness. Coordinate facility use for international logistics meetings/workshops supporting NAVAIR enterprise efforts across international programs. Basic Qualifications
Clearance: U.S. Citizen. An active Secret Security Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance required. Education: BS or BA degree. Allowable substitution: an additional six (6) years of experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning may be substituted for a BS or BA degree. Experience: At least three (3) years of experience providing logistics support to the government by assisting with the development of pre‑case, initial, and sustaining Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements for FMS cases, supporting program efforts, including the analysis of special FMS logistics issues and requirements for major weapon systems programs. Must be familiar with the 12 IPS elements: Product/Program Support Management; Sustaining Engineering; Supply Support; Maintenance Planning & Management; Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T); Technical Data (TD) Management; Support Equipment; Training & Training System Support; Manpower & Personnel; Facilities & Infrastructure; Computer Resources and Design Interface. $83,930.00 - $125,840.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity. Benefits
