Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an

Associate or Experienced Supply Chain Specialist

to join our team in

Mesa, AZ . Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Supply Chain Specialists.

Position Responsibilities

Enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer material orders and delivery requirements

Respond to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and coordinate delivery problem resolution

Communicate with and/or present to stakeholders (including leadership, customer, and program management)

Collaborate across sites by providing data and feedback for organizational level projects

Lead in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, kits and provisioning products or services

Engage stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in‑service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies

Execute the supply chain, balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand

Maintain performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in‑service performance

Initiate supplier improvement activities and provide results for integration into contracting strategies

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

Ability to travel 10‑20% of the time

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

15+ years of experience and knowledge of Supply Chain principles

Bachelor’s degree or higher education in a related field

Expertise with Oracle or SQL

Expertise with the Boeing Government On‑Line Data (GOLD) computer system

Summary pay range: Level 2: $73,950.00 – $100,050.00 Summary pay range: Level 3: $90,100.00 – $121,900.00
