Part-time Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho/Sports)

Part-Time Physical Therapist
to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is a great fit for a clinician looking for a
high-quality, patient-first environment
with a
consistent schedule
and strong clinical support.
This is a treating role—you will perform evaluations and follow-up visits, manage plans of care, and help patients return to sport and active life.

Schedule We are looking for a clinician who can commit to a
consistent weekday schedule . The ideal availability is
15–25 hours/week , with preference for candidates able to cover
recurring blocks
(rather than changing week to week).
Example schedule options:
M–F mornings:
7:00 AM–12:00 PM
Mid-day blocks:
8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Afternoons/evenings:
2:00 PM–7:00 PM (Mon–Th)
Responsibilities
Perform orthopedic and sports PT evaluations and follow-up visits
Develop and progress individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based care with excellent patient communication
Utilize objective testing (VALD) when appropriate to guide progress
Maintain high-quality documentation (supported by AI scribe)
Collaborate with the team to maintain a strong clinic culture
Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (required)
BLS/CPR (required)
Outpatient ortho/sports experience preferred
Dry Needling preferred (not required—training available)
