Provide high‑quality customer service and troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Work year‑round with no on‑call, overnight work, and flexible shift schedules available. Use fully stocked, take‑home company vehicle and gas card. Wear professional uniform and use company cleaning service. Participate in comprehensive training opportunities provided by the in‑house Learning & Development team (technical, sales, safety, leadership, systems). Leverage national network for professional growth, development, and transfer opportunities. Qualifications
At least 5 years residential HVAC experience. EPA certification. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must pass background and drug screening. Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.
