Sr. Business Planning Specialist (Sales Operations) This role is part of AMD’s Seller Success Organization, driving initiatives to improve seller productivity and experience.

Base pay range:

$77,840.00/yr - $116,760.00/yr

Austin, TX

Responsibilities

Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights. Represent Seller Success in internal forums and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

Process Mapping: Work with the Seller Success team on effective processes to manage the program; collaborate cross‑functionally on process improvements to aid seller productivity gains.

Project Leadership: Lead projects within specialized scope, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Drive discussions and demonstrate business acumen around assigned projects.

Data Analysis & Insights: Evaluate complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. Develop dashboards, reports, and models to support decision‑making. Build and maintain SharePoint for Seller Success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with sales operations or business analytics in a technology environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.

Ability to work independently with minimal instruction on day‑to‑day tasks.

Excellent problem‑solving skills; capable of evaluating complex data and selecting appropriate methods for solutions.

Functional analytical skills (SQL, Excel, Power BI or similar tools).

Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management, prioritization, and organizational skills, and ability to lead complex problems across multi‑disciplined, multi‑functional teams.

Outstanding oral and written communication; demonstrated success in building strong technical relationships.
