3rd Shift Monday - Friday 10:30pm - 7:00am Key Activities
Utilize statistical sampling plans to perform visual and functional inspections of contract and Greenville finished product, documenting results in QA batch record or receiving inspection report. Assist in quality decisions for nonconforming product and provide QA inspection support to the manufacturing operation. Assist in investigation and documentation of process issues that occur during production, including input to in-process product quality decisions. Maintain retain sample inventory for all finished product. Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required. Training
Pallet Jack and Fork lift training. Experience
2-3 years of prior manufacturing or inspection experience required. Prior exposure to visual and dimensional inspection required. Specialized Skills
Previous inspection experience using balances and dimensional tools preferred. Computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Access, Warehouse Management System (ERPLX), Document Management System (Documentum). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good people skills. Ability to communicate with cross‑functional team and management concerning quality issues. Decision‑making ability and ability to work unsupervised expected. Location
