Residence Advisor – EF Language Abroad, Brighton, MA
Join EF Language Abroad as a Residence Advisor in a year‑round, campus‑based position in Brighton, MA.
The role is part‑time, requiring approximately 20+ hours per week, including nights, weekends, and on‑call duties.
Responsibilities Work one‑on‑one with a diverse student population. Primary responsibilities include helping students at the reception desk, organizing campus and off‑campus activities, performing administrative tasks, conducting dorm room checks, and other duties as assigned by the Housing Director or School Director.
Qualifications Previous Resident Advisor or residential life experience is a plus. An interest in education, counseling, or international relations is a must. Strong communication, leadership, and flexibility are essential.
