Retail Customer Service Specialist (Shared-Multiple Locations)

Responsibilities
Provide high‑level customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with store policies and procedures.
Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain precise work order files and product formulas.
Retrieve and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse.
Tint and mix products to customer specifications when needed.
Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep store equipment clean.
Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries.
Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss available options with customers.
Comply with inventory control procedures.
Suggest ways to improve in‑store sales performance.
Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
Must hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
Must be capable of retrieving material from shelves and of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience in retail, customer service, or delivery.
Previous experience selling paint or paint‑related products.
Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
